Shipping & Delivery Policy
How we get your job to you, in Pune or anywhere else in India: what delivery costs, how long it usually takes, and what to do if a parcel is late or arrives damaged.

Section 01
Delivery Charges
Delivery is standard (not express). Your invoice or pay link says either “delivery at shop” (you collect) or “delivery to your location via courier” (we send it).

On orders below ₹10,000 + GST, shipping a bulky item often costs more than the product itself, so please check the shipping quote before you decide. Signboards that we fabricate and install on site are not couriered; transport is quoted along with the installation.

How Long Delivery Takes
These are typical times for standard delivery, counted after your job is ready. They come on top of production time.
Typical delivery times
Pune: delivered by hand by our delivery team when your area is on their route, usually 2-3 days.
Within Maharashtra: by surface courier, typically 4-6 working days.
Outside Maharashtra: by surface courier, typically 8-10 working days.
Working days are counted from the day after the courier collects your parcel; Sundays and courier holidays don’t count. Remote areas that only India Post serves can take longer, and couriers can sometimes take longer than usual. We don’t offer express, air or overnight delivery.

Need It Urgently?
Our Pune deliveries go out on our next route to your area, usually within 2-3 days. If you need the job sooner, you have three options.

Collect it from our shop
Pick it up from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune. See our contact page for the address, map and timings.

Send a pickup app
Book a rider on a pickup app such as Porter. You book and pay the rider; we hand over the job.

Outside Pune: send your own courier
You can send your own courier or transporter to pick up the job. We give you a delivery challan / tax invoice to travel with the goods.
Section 04
Tracking, Delays and Damage

How will I know my job is ready?
We email you when it’s ready: either that it’s ready for pickup, or that we’re delivering it (with our delivery person’s number), or that it has been couriered (with the tracking number).

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. We email the courier name and tracking number when the job is dispatched, with the phone number of our logistics partner’s delivery desk for any delivery question. We also send you a video of the finished job before it leaves.

My parcel hasn’t arrived by the expected date
Call the delivery desk number in your dispatch email; they trace the parcel with the courier and call you back. If it still isn’t sorted, write to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us, and we follow it up with our logistics partner.

My parcel is lost or arrived damaged
We replace it. Getting your job to you in proper condition is our responsibility. Please send us photos of the parcel and the product. A replacement takes about as long as the original job. See our refunds, reprints and exchange policy.

The courier was late. Will I be compensated?
Couriers are independent companies, so we can’t offer compensation for delays or for losses caused by a delay. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you order so we can plan a shop pickup.

Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We take on export jobs from a minimum order of US$2,000 (quoted in US dollars), and we have shipped work to Europe, Africa and the US. For a smaller order, we can deliver to an address in India (a relative, a friend or your own office) on a normal Indian GST invoice; taking it abroad from there is up to you.
