Your Name on the Shed, Readable From the Highway
Most factories are corrugated sheds set back from the road. A large name board or letters fixed on the shed or the roof tells suppliers, truck drivers and visitors they have arrived, and shows customers a company that takes itself seriously. We make them in lit 3D acrylic and ACP, in lightweight WPC with acrylic faces for very large letters, and on steel frames on the terrace. 3D LED letters start at ₹2,000 per sq ft + GST.

Safety Signs, Direction Boards and Signs That Work in the Dark
A plant needs signs everywhere: PPE and hazard signs on the shop floor, direction boards for the gates, docks and buildings, and road signs inside a large campus that trucks can read at night. Fire exit and fire escape signs on night-glow material are a must inside shop floors: if the power fails, they keep glowing, so people find the way out.

They charge in light and glow for about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours in the dark, with no electricity. The DaoMing DM9200 film we use is rated to DIN 67510-1 by its manufacturer.

On the Shop Floor: Floor Graphics, SOP Charts and Machine Labels
Printed floor graphics mark walkways, zones and instructions right where people look. Ours have an anti-skid laminate and don’t crack, tear or peel under forklifts and foot traffic. On the walls, SOP and process charts printed on the back of clear acrylic look like glass and wipe clean.

Keypad overlays printed on the back of 200-micron polycarbonate, with laser-cut LED windows and 3M tape: a part that used to be imported.
Weatherproof Labels and Machine Wraps
Labels on machines and outdoor equipment have to survive sun, rain, oil and heat. We print them on weatherproof polymeric vinyl (from ₹150 per sq ft) or cast vinyl for the toughest conditions (from ₹200 per sq ft), with an overlaminate, + GST. For a whole machine, the same vinyl wraps every panel, like the vending machines we wrapped for Canebot.
We also make asset tags for laptops and other high-value equipment a company owns: each tag carries its own running number, and a barcode where you need one.

Offices, Receptions and Visitor Areas in the Plant
The plant’s office block is where customers and auditors form their first impression. For Grenzebach’s Pune plant we made a canvas collage for the workspace, sunboard posters telling the company’s 70-year history, laser-cut acrylic logos at reception, a printed glass film across the front facade and a lit sign at the factory entrance. All prices + 18% GST. Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST; combine signs, labels and floor graphics to reach it. Installation is quoted with the job.
How a Factory Job Works
- Send the list or a photo. A list of the signs you need, a photo of the shed or wall with its size, or your safety officer’s layout. WhatsApp +91 98232 39733 or email [email protected].
- Artwork and proposal. Standard safety signs come from our own artwork; for name boards and labels, send your logo or drawings. We send the sizes, materials and prices item by item.
- Big jobs: we visit and measure. For a name board on the shed or signs across a campus, our team visits and measures. The site visit is a paid service, and the fee comes back to you in your bill if you go ahead with us.
- Payment, then production. Once you approve the proof and the payment is in, we make everything in our Pune workshop. Signs and labels typically take 2 to 3 days; fabricated boards typically 1 to 15 days.
- We install, with a GST invoice. Our own team installs across Pune’s industrial belt: Chakan, Ranjangaon, Talegaon, Bhosari and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Every job has a GST invoice in your company’s name.

What We Do, and What We Leave to Others
We are printers and sign makers: we print, fabricate and install signs, labels and graphics. Some things stay with others:
- Floor-marking tape. We don’t stock ready-made floor-marking or reflective tapes; they are sold ready to use in hardware stores. We print floor graphics.
- Electrical work. For a lit board, your electrician brings a power point to the spot and we connect the board.
- Civil and structural work. Any change to the shed, roof or wall structure stays with your contractor; we fix our frames and boards to it.
- Permissions. Boards facing a public road may need permission from the local authority. Getting it is the company’s responsibility; our proposal gives the sizes and specifications for your application.
