You Get a Bare Stall the Evening Before. Make It Yours Overnight.
At most trade fairs you rent a stall: an empty Octanorm shell of white panels, each about 1 m wide and 8 ft high (960 x 2400 mm). A 3 m wide by 2 m deep stall has 3 panels at the back and 2 on each side. You usually get it only the evening before the fair opens, and if the fair is abroad, you won’t fly out a week early to dress it.
So we print your stall graphics as exhibition photo posters: thick 200-micron poster media, sized to the panels, with double-sided tape already applied on the corners. They roll into a tube you carry on the flight. At the stall you unroll each poster and paste it on its panel, and the bare shell becomes your brand in an evening. They cost so little that you can leave them behind after the fair.
We don’t build stalls; we make everything that goes on and in them.

How an Event Job Works
- Tell us the event and the date. The fair or venue, your stall size or stage size, and what you need. Tell us your event date before you order, and we’ll tell you if it fits. WhatsApp +91 98232 39733 or email [email protected].
- Send your artwork. You, your designer or your event agency send the designs, sized to the panels or the backdrop. We check every file before printing. We don’t design; see the Pune designers we recommend.
- Payment, then production. Once you approve the proof and the payment is in, we print. Posters, standees, brochures and bibs typically take 2 to 3 days; plan ahead of the event, as these are typical times, not promised dates.
- Packed to travel, or set up for you. Posters go rolled in a tube with the tape on; standees and collapsible backdrops in their bags. For a fixed backdrop in Pune, our team sets it up at the venue the evening before.
- GST invoice. Every order comes with a GST invoice. Delivery is free across India on orders of ₹3,000 + GST; bulky items such as backdrops ship outside Pune at cost.

What We Do, and What We Leave to Others
We are printers and sign makers: we print everything that dresses a stall, a stage or a race, and our team sets up fixed backdrops in Pune. Some work stays with others:
- Stall construction. We don’t build or rent exhibition stalls; the organiser or your stall fabricator provides the stall, and we make the graphics for it.
- Design. You, your designer or your event agency send the artwork; we don’t design.
- Prints for other stands. Replacement prints are only for standees and backdrop frames bought from us.
- Weddings and birthdays. We don’t do event decoration. For weddings and parties we make a few things: LED neon signs for the stage, easel stands for the welcome board, and life-size cut-out standees.
