Office Branding, Without the Civil Work
What we make for your office
- Wall prints and wallpapers, including values walls and timelines
- Glass film prints for partitions, cabins and doors
- Logo boards and 3D logo letters, lit or non-lit
- Poster panels in acrylic or sunboard
- Name plates and name directory boards
- Floor prints and even prints on your ceiling
- Safety signs
What we don’t take on
- Furniture
- Electrical work and power supply
- Laying of data or power lines
- Plumbing
- Civil work of any kind
That work stays with your architect or interior contractor. For a lit logo, your electrician brings a power point to the spot and we connect the sign.
Two kinds of people come to us: office owners setting up or refreshing their own office, and architects and interior designers who manage an office fit-out for a client. We work with both, from one wall to a whole floor.

How an Office Job Works
- Tell us what you have in mind. You may be the office owner or the architect running the fit-out. Send us a message on WhatsApp (+91 98232 39733) or at [email protected] with what you want branded.
- Small jobs: send the sizes and a photo. For one wall, one logo or a few glass panels, you measure and send us the sizes with a photo of each spot. We email you the price from our quotation desk.
- Bigger jobs: we visit and measure. For a whole office, our team comes over, measures every wall and glass panel and photographs each area. The site visit is a paid service, but it is only earnest money: the fee comes back to you in your bill if you choose us for the job.
- You get a detailed proposal sheet. Every area is listed with its photo, its size in inches, the size in feet and the area in square feet, the material options and the rate. You see the price of each logo board, wall print and glass panel separately, so you can choose item by item and stay within your budget.
- Artwork. You, your architect or your designer send the artwork. We check every file and prepare it for print. We don’t offer design as a service; if you need a designer, see the Pune designers we recommend.
- We make it. Once you approve and pay, we print, cut and fabricate in our Shaniwar Peth workshop. Prints and films typically take 2 to 3 days; logo boards and letters typically 1 to 15 days.
- Our team installs it in Pune and you get a GST invoice. Outside Pune, we ship everything ready to fit, with pasting guidance for films and wallpapers.
Pages From Our Real Proposal Sheets
This is what you receive before you decide: every area measured, photographed and priced. Client names and contact details are hidden.
Each wall in the proposal: the location, the site photo, the artwork, the size in inches for designing, the size in feet for billing, and the area.
The pricing page: every item with a photo, what is included, links to a video and a web page, and the price for two material options.
A glass door measured at 34.5 x 71.5 inches, billed as 3 x 6 feet, which is 18 sq ft.
For a logo board, the proposal starts from your own site photo, marked up with what we are aiming for.
Installation, Warranty and Removing Film Later
Installation. Our own team installs glass films, wall prints, poster panels and logo boards in Pune on orders of ₹10,000 + GST and above; smaller orders at a small extra charge. Installation is quoted with the job, except for wallpaper, where the Pune rate already includes it (₹100 per sq ft smooth, ₹150 textured + GST). Our team calls you to fix a time; if your office needs a particular slot, tell us in advance.
Warranty. Logo boards and other fabricated signs carry a 6-month warranty from the date of installation. If a print or film has a fault on our side, tell us within 15 days and we remake it.
Removing glass film later. Glass film usually peels off without marks when you move out or change the design, but some glue can stay on the glass. It cleans off with a solvent such as thinner. We are not responsible for any damage to the glass panels during removal.
