Prices are per square foot of print or board unless stated, + 18% GST. Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST; combine items to reach it (a single wooden easel is the one exception). Installation is quoted with the job.
Menu Cards That Make People Hungry
A menu that is scratched, stained or falling out of its plastic cover tells diners you don’t care, before they have tasted anything. Ours are built for daily handling: booklet menus printed on thick card with every page laminated, so oil, gravy and wet fingers wipe off; rigid menus printed front and back on 5 mm sunboard for cafés and fast food; and special menus cut to a shape or bound like a book. Booklet menus are ₹15 per A4 page and rigid A4 menus ₹180 each + GST. See menu card sizes and prices.
On the table, a tent card (₹40 each + GST) sells your dessert or happy hour while guests wait for their food.

Tables, Glass Fronts and Pavements
Your tables and your glass front are free advertising space. We have printed pizzas onto Pizza Hut’s table tops, under a laminate that shrugs off spills, and drawn a bakery’s treats in white ink across its shop window, so people outside see the food and can still look in.

Ultra-Clear Glass Film: The Malgudi Cafe, Aundh
At The Malgudi Cafe in Aundh, Pune, a dosa chef, a crisp dosa and a cup of filter coffee are drawn in white across the shop window. Look at the photos: you can’t see where the film starts or ends.
That is because the artwork is printed in white ink on ultra-clear (optically clear) film with a crystal-clear glue: no haze, no glue marks and no visible film edge. From the pavement it looks as if the drawing was printed straight onto the glass, while customers can still see into the café.
We always print on film that is pasted on the glass, never on the glass itself, so the print can be peeled off later.

In the 72 x 48 in file, everything blue is printed in white ink and everything white stays clear film. We set up the café’s artwork as a print file with its fine line detail, printed it and fitted it on site.
Walls Worth a Photo
An empty wall is wasted. Print your own story on it: a café owner’s doodles blown up across a wall, the world’s landmarks in a travel café, your logo in gold acrylic letters, or a neon tagline people photograph and post. Wall prints are ₹70 per sq ft, or ₹100 installed in Pune, + GST.

Branding in Kitchens, Near Heat and Grease
Open kitchens and serving counters get hot and greasy. For walls, doors and signs there, we use weatherproof vinyl (₹150 per sq ft + GST) with a laminate on top:
- It handles heat up to about 90°C without degrading.
- The laminate lets you wipe grease and splashes off in seconds.
- It is not fireproof: keep it away from open flames and the hob itself.
Labels for Takeaway and Cloud Kitchens
For a cloud kitchen, the box is the only shop front a customer ever sees. A good label on every container makes the food look looked-after and puts your name in front of the customer each time they order. We print food labels on glossy paper (₹30 per A3 sheet + GST), on waterproof plastic that survives the fridge and wet hands (₹40 per sheet), and on clear film for jars and bottles (₹40 per sheet), cut square or to any shape. Hotels need the same signs as restaurants, and a few more: the name on the roof that guests see from the road, the logo behind reception, room number plates, lobby directories and signs that point guests to the restaurant, the pool or the banquet hall.

Malls, Food Courts and Kiosks
Most malls only allow work after closing time, so we work through the night: our fitters’ ID cards go to the floor manager for gate passes, and everything is made, wired and checked in our workshop first. For food courts and kiosks we print display cubes, counter fronts and machine wraps that survive daily cleaning.

How a Restaurant Job Works
- Send a photo and the sizes. A photo of your front, wall or counter with its size, or your architect’s drawings, on WhatsApp (+91 98232 39733) or at [email protected]. For menus and labels, tell us the size, pages and quantity. We email you the price.
- Send your artwork. You, your designer or your architect send the design. We check every file and prepare it for print. We don’t design ourselves; if you need a designer, see the Pune designers we recommend.
- Bigger jobs: we visit and measure. For a whole outlet, our team comes over, measures and photographs every spot. The site visit is a paid service, but the fee comes back to you in your bill if you go ahead with us.
- Opening on a fixed day? Tell us your opening date before you order, and we’ll tell you if it fits.
- Payment, then production. Once you approve the proof and the payment is in, we make everything in our Shaniwar Peth workshop. Menus, prints and films typically take 2 to 3 days; signs and letters typically 1 to 15 days.
- We install. In Pune our own team fits everything, overnight for outlets in malls. Outside Pune we ship ready to fit.
- GST invoice and warranty. Every job comes with a GST invoice. Fabricated signs carry a 6-month warranty from installation, and if a print has a fault on our side, tell us within 15 days and we remake it.

What We Do, and What We Leave to Others
We are printers and sign makers: we make every sign, menu, print, film and label from your design, and our team installs it in Pune. Many of our restaurant jobs come through architects and interior designers, and some work stays with them or with you:
- Design. You, your designer or your architect send the artwork; we don’t design.
- Electrical work. For a lit sign, your electrician brings a power point to the spot and we connect the sign.
- Interiors and kitchens. Furniture, painting, flooring, false ceilings and kitchen equipment stay with your interior contractor.
- Municipal permission. Boards facing the street and rooftop signs generally need permission from the municipal corporation (PMC in Pune, PCMC in Pimpri-Chinchwad). Getting it is the owner’s responsibility; our proposal gives the sizes and specifications for your application.
