A buyer meets your brand long before the sample flat: on the barricade on the way to work, on the gate on the first visit, on the walls of the sales gallery where the decision is made, and again on the day the keys are handed over. We make every one of those signs, so the project looks like one brand from the first hoarding to the last parking sticker.

The Same Look at Every Site
Most builders want every project to look the same: the same logo board, the same name in the same letters at the gate, the same sales gallery. Ravima, a Pune builder we work with, follows one pattern at every site: the Ravima logo, the name of the project, and a sales area branded from the entrance wall to the last cabin.
So when you start a new site, send us the photos and files from the last one. We match the letters, colours and materials, and you get the next site priced item by item in the same proposal sheet.

Prices are per square foot unless stated, + 18% GST. Lit signs, sky signs and pylons are priced exactly in the proposal: the size of each letter, the number of LEDs, the height and how hard the spot is to reach all change the price. Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST.
How a Builder Job Works
- Tell us about the project. Send the site address, what you want branded and your artwork on WhatsApp (+91 98232 39733) or at [email protected].
- Lit signs: a free proposal on your site photo. For lit letters, sky signs and pylons, we send a proposal with the layout, sizes, materials and a day-and-night render of the sign on a photo of your site, and the exact price once the proposal is final.
- A whole sales gallery: we visit and measure. Our team measures every wall and glass panel and photographs each area. The site visit is a paid service, but the fee comes back to you in your bill if you go ahead with us.
- You choose item by item. The proposal sheet lists every sign and wall with its photo, size, material and price, so you can pick what fits the budget of each site.
- We make it. Prints and films typically take 2 to 3 days; letters and boards 1 to 15 days; pylons 7 to 10 days, after you approve and pay.
- Our team installs it, at a time that suits your site. For signs on a tower we hire a gondola (charged extra) and fix the letters on a steel frame bolted into the concrete beams, never into the block wall. You get a GST invoice.
Permissions, Power and Warranty
Permissions. Hoardings, signs facing the street and sky signs usually need permission from the municipal corporation. Getting it is the builder’s side of the job.
Power. For any lit sign, your electrician brings a power point to the spot. The sign’s own wiring, LEDs and drivers are ours.
Warranty. Lit signs and other fabricated boards carry a 6-month warranty from the date of installation.

It depends on what you put up. As a guide (+ 18% GST): flex hoardings ₹40 per sq ft, weather-proof ACP boards ₹240, backlit site boards ₹600, and lit letters and sky signs about ₹2,000 per sq ft. Pylons start at about ₹50,000. For example, a 30 x 20 ft flex hoarding is 600 sq ft, about ₹24,000 + GST for the print. A sales gallery is priced item by item in a proposal sheet.
No. Permission from the municipal corporation is the builder's responsibility.
Yes. We fix the letters on a painted steel frame anchor-bolted into the concrete beams, working from a hired gondola with harnesses and safety lines. Gondola hire is charged extra, and we need the builder's permission to work on the building.
We wire the sign itself: LEDs, drivers and the cable inside the sign. Your electrician brings a power point to the spot where the sign goes.
Yes. Send us photos and files of the signs at your last site and we match the letters, colours and materials, and price the new site the same way.
We don't offer design as a service. You or your agency send the artwork, and we check and prepare every file for print. For lit signs we do make the layout and a day-and-night render on your site photo, free, as part of the proposal.
