Finishing Options Available for Leaflets
A well-designed pamphlet is going to convert your prospective leads into deals. While we do not provide design services, we can recommend designers, and our digital presses ensure the highest quality output of your pamphlets, no matter how intricate the design.
Flyer printing is one of the most basic services a printer can provide. Apart from cutting off the bleed edges, there’s hardly any finishing involved in producing a single sheet of printed paper. However, a flimsy handout may not suit a five-star location. For a more impressive look, we print your flyers on a thick 250 GSM card sheet (300 GSM card is available on request). A thick card sheet gives your customer a more premium feel than a thin paper handout.
Further, we can laminate the card sheet on its printed side, in a high-gloss or matt finish: a single-sided flyer is laminated on one side, a double-sided flyer on both. Lamination adds to the richness of the flyer. It also adds to the cost, so we recommend it when you are marketing a premium, high-end product. Laminated A4 card flyers cost ₹16 single sided and ₹20 double sided per copy + GST.
Trifold leaflets: need more space on a single sheet? We print an A4 sheet on both sides, then crease and fold it into three panels. Paper or Laminated Card? Choosing Your Flyer
170 GSM paper is a thick, glossy paper with a magazine-like finish. It suits mass distribution, door drops and newspaper inserts: A5 from ₹7 and A4 from ₹12 per copy + GST.
250 GSM laminated card is about as stiff as a business card, and the gloss or matt lamination protects it from dust, water and scratches. Choose it for menus, counter displays, premium offers and handouts at high-end venues: A4 from ₹16 per copy + GST.

Before we print your full run, we can print a sample of your flyer, so you can check the colours, the paper and the size in your hand. If you don’t like it, there is no obligation to order.
For outstation orders, our team will confirm how the sample reaches you. Once you approve it, we print the full run, typically within 2–3 days, and deliver it free across India on orders of ₹3,000 + GST.
Pro-Tip: Key Considerations While Designing Your Business Flier
As stated above, Orchid Digitals does not have an in-house design team. The design for the leaflet has to come either from your end or through a design professional/consultant. We can, however, give our 2 cents on the things to consider while designing your flier:
- Size of the flier. A flyer needs to be of either A5 or A4 in size. For those who are wondering, A4 is about 8.3 x 11.7 inches (210 x 297 mm) and A5 is half of A4.
If the flier is larger than A4, you end up creating something like a poster.
Any smaller than A5 gives you the form factor of a discount or gift coupon.
We recommend an A5 sized leaflet so as to keep costs low. If the content needs more space, use both sides of the page. Pamphlets generally consist of a single page. Multiple page communications are generally referred to as brochures. - Don’t put in too much information. Attention spans are shrinking everywhere. Many people skim through content rather than going through it line by line. So limit your flier design to the salient points of your products.
Be sure to highlight your strengths. Underline the features that differentiate you from the competition.This information should be enough to arouse a prospective client’s curiosity. Once you’ve grabbed their attention and directed it your way, they’ll get in touch with you for more details.
- Use bright colors and images. This is a no-brainer. One look at the picture of the cheese-filled, crunchy pizza on your handbill should be enough to make the hungry shopper come running to your outlet. And if your mouth just watered on reading the last sentence, you need to break for a quick snack.
- Make all the details available. Make sure that your contact details, phone number, address, etc. are clearly stated in a large font. We’ve seen many pamphlet designs in which these important elements have been crammed in the last half inch as an afterthought. This may make it difficult for the buyer to find and process this information, shooing away a strong prospect.
- Add a gift coupon to your leaflet. Discounts always sweeten the deal and entice customers to step into your store. A discount coupon could be printed separately and stapled to the flyer. Alternatively, it could be part of the flyer design wherein the customer clips out the same from the larger print. Also, the flyer itself can work as the discount coupon – something like “Walk into our store and show this leaflet to avail attractive discounts!’’
Keep Your Message on the Counter
Flyers work best in people’s hands, but your offer can keep working on the counter too. An A4 or A3 print on a tabletop standee stands upright on shop counters, reception desks, admission desks and exhibition tables, right next to the stack of flyers your visitors take home.
Use the same artwork for both, and your counter display and your flyers tell one consistent story.

Payment is 100% in advance. Mail us your artwork with the size, paper, quantity and delivery address.
