The brief

The hospital's earlier signs were printed vinyl and sunboard: they did the job but looked entry-level. They wanted signs that inform and also impress visitors.

What we made

Every letter and icon is laser-cut from mirror-finish gold acrylic and pasted on a white acrylic plate, framed by a thin gold acrylic edge strip. English and Marathi on every plate. Double-sided tape on the back, so the plates went onto doors and walls with no drilling; desk plates stand on acrylic stands and match the doors.
