Nugen Clean Energies was fitting out an office in Houston, Texas. Their team in Koregaon Park, Pune, planned it with us wall by wall, and everything was made in Pune, packed for export and fitted in Houston by local fitters: the acrylic logo, two photo walls, the conference room name plates and the photo prints for every cabin.
Six stops, from the reception to the cabins, each with a note on what it is and how we made it. All photos were taken by the client in Houston.

NUGEN Clean Energies in acrylic, with the brand’s orange-to-green colours printed on the letters and the silver globe beside them.
The logo was laser-cut from imported Astari cast acrylic and made in two layers: a base layer drilled to the wall and a top layer pasted over it, so no screw shows. A stencil came with it so the fitters could mark the wall in the right place.
02 / 06
Opposite the reception, two walls of round photos: one of Nugen’s facilities and one of wind farms around the world, under the line Shaping Possibilities.
Each photo is printed on acrylic and cut to a circle with a yellow rim. Every circle was billed on the rectangle of sheet it was cut from, because acrylic comes in rectangular sheets.

The two conference rooms are called Oak and Myrtle. Their door plates are silver laser-etched plates with the room name and a meeting icon.
We added these free of charge with the job.
04 / 06
A set of square photo prints for a conference room wall, with a wide 36 x 18 in print of the generations of wind turbines below them.
They are printed on grey-back photo poster: thick 200-micron polyester with a fully matte finish.
05 / 06
Each cabin got its own set of square photo prints: leaves, water, buildings and wind turbines, in black and white or in colour.
All of them were printed in Pune and framed by the client’s framer before they were shipped.
06 / 06
Some cabins have pairs of art prints built from the same coloured circles as the brand: orange, yellow, green and blue on white.
Nugen Clean Energies, an energy company with a team in Koregaon Park, Pune, was setting up an office in Houston, Texas. Instead of buying the prints and signs in the US, they wanted the whole office made in Pune and fitted there by local fitters. Their colleague in Pune came to our shop in Shaniwar Peth to plan it with us.
We planned the office wall by wall in one shared Google Sheet: the client’s photo of each wall, the artwork mocked up on it, the material, every size in inches and the billing in square feet. The full story of that sheet is in our blog.
Everything was made in our shop in Pune and handed over ready to fit, with stencils and marked drill points so that fitters who had never seen the job could put it up. We gave the client the name of a shipping vendor, who flew the whole shipment to the US, and the office was fitted about a month after we handed it over.
The photos on this page are the client’s own, taken in Houston. The framing of the photo prints was done by a frame shop in Pune that the client arranged; the prints inside the frames are ours.
The price this client paid, at the time of the job. Every job is different: sizes, materials, site work and today’s rates change the price. See today’s rates or ask us for a quote.
