Our exhibition photo posters are made for exactly this job. We print your product photos, services and data sheets at high resolution on a thick polyester photo media that lies flat on the stall panel, so your graphics look as if they were printed on the wall itself.
The posters are light and flexible, so you can roll them up and carry them to a trade fair in another city or abroad, and they arrive pre-taped: unpack, peel and stick, and your rented stall turns from a bare shell into a fully branded space.
The poster media
The heart of this product is the media we print on: a coated polyester photo poster media about 200 microns thick, roughly as thick as a flexible plastic visiting card. That thickness gives it just the right balance of stiffness and flexibility.
Flex and vinyl banners sag, wave and crease when they are pasted on a panel. Our photo poster media stays flat and smooth once it is on the panel, so your stall looks neat and professional from across the aisle.
The 200-micron media holds its shape on the panel: no waves, wrinkles or curling edges.
Exhibition halls use strong spotlights and warm lighting. The matte surface keeps fine text, charts and specifications readable from any angle.
The grey or white back stops the panel behind from showing through, so your colours stay bold and clean.
Roll the posters into a compact tube and carry them by car, train or flight to any trade fair.

The media comes with a grey or a white back. Both are printed at the same high resolution, both lie flat, both hide the panel behind, and both cost the same. The only difference is the finish of the printed face:

Un-laminated or laminated
Every poster is available in two versions. Lamination adds a clear, 100-micron matte protective film on top of the print, applied on our hydraulic laminator for a bubble-free, crease-free finish.
The laminated film guards the print against dust, water splashes, finger marks, scratches and everyday wear. Choose it if you plan to take the posters down after the show, store them and use them again at your next exhibition.

Sizes for Octanorm stalls
Most shell-scheme stalls at Indian trade fairs are built from modular Octanorm panels: flat boards about 1 metre wide and 8 feet high, held between slim aluminium uprights. The uprights take up part of the width, so the flat area you can cover on each panel is usually 960 to 970 mm wide and about 2400 mm high.
So instead of one large artwork for the whole wall, you order one poster per panel. A full-panel poster covers the panel from top to bottom; smaller posters leave the panel showing around them, which works well if you only want your visuals at eye level above the furniture.

Prices are un-laminated / laminated per poster. Panel sizes vary between trade fairs and organisers, so always confirm the exact panel size with your organiser before you design. Custom sizes are welcome: enter them in the calculator above.
Pricing
Exhibition photo posters cost ₹60 per sq ft un-laminated and ₹80 per sq ft laminated, + 18% GST, grey-back or white-back. The calculator at the top of the page rounds each side up to the next whole foot, which is why a 960 x 2400 mm full panel is billed as 4 x 8 ft.
The smallest poster we make is 3 x 4 ft; smaller designs are billed as 3 x 4 ft. Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST, for example 5 posters of 3 x 4 ft (₹3,600) or 2 full panels (₹3,840), un-laminated.

We send you a proof on WhatsApp before printing, and a video of the finished job before dispatch.
Installation
Trade fair organisers don't allow drilling, nails or glue on the stall panels. That is why every poster comes with double-sided tape on the back: no tools, no local contractor, no mess.

Take the posters out of the tube and unroll them on a clean, flat surface.

Match each poster to its panel, following your stall layout.

Peel the protective backing off the tape on the top two corners.

Line the top edge up with the top of the panel, press the top corners, then peel and press the bottom corners.

Run your hand over the poster from the centre outwards. Your stall is ready.
After the show, pull the tape off slowly at a low angle so the poster doesn't tear, and always roll the posters, never fold them. Exhibiting in Pune? On orders of ₹10,000 + GST and above we can install the posters for you, charged extra.
After the show
Your exhibition posters already promote your products and services, so many clients bring them back after the show. Plan for it when you order:
Choose laminated posters. Peel them off after the event, roll them into a tube, store them, and re-tape them for your next exhibition.
For trade fairs in Europe, the Middle East or the USA, excess baggage or return shipping can cost more than the posters. Many clients use them for the event and recycle them on site.
For a permanent display in your office or reception, choose rigid sunboard prints (3 mm or 5 mm PVC foam sheet) right from the start.
Want to mount an existing poster on sunboard later? Bring it to us and we will check whether its condition allows remounting.
Sunboard prints are rigid and can't be rolled. They are delivered free in Pune on orders of ₹3,000 + GST, and outside Pune on orders of ₹10,000 + GST and above.

Create one artwork per panel at the final size, typically 960 or 970 mm wide x 2400 mm high (confirm with your organiser). A 3 m x 2 m stall with 7 panels needs 7 artworks. Most clients design in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop; Canva's ready-made templates work well if you are not a designer.
