Instead of a traditional signboard with a base plate, we cut your company logo and name out of acrylic and fix each piece directly on the wall. With no backing plate, the letters look as if they rise straight out of the wall, like part of it.
It works on painted walls, wooden panelling, tiles and glass partitions, and because it is non-lit, it needs no power point or wiring.

Material and colours
We cut each letter and logo element on our laser cutting machines from branded cast acrylic sheets, Lucite™ or Astari™, not unbranded sheet, so your logo is reproduced with perfect fidelity to your brand book. Cast acrylic has a glossy, glass-like finish and is lighter and tougher than glass.
Choose from our acrylic colours and metallic finishes, or we match your exact brand shade with polymeric vinyl from 3M™, Avery™ and LG™, available in hundreds of Pantone and RAL shades.

Thickness
Standard letters are cut from 3 mm or 5 mm acrylic, which gives your logo a crisp three-dimensional edge once it is on the wall. For bolder signs, we can make letters much deeper, from 10 mm up to about 60 mm (2.5 inches); deeper letters are priced on request.
You can also mix depths, for example a deeper logo with a thinner tagline, for a layered look.

Installation
Each letter is a separate piece, so alignment matters. We supply an installation stencil with every order: position it on the wall, fix each letter in its marked spot, then peel the stencil away. Every word comes out straight and evenly spaced.

Stick the stencil on the wall at the right height and check it is level.

Peel the 3M tape and press each letter into its spot, or drill-fit them with concealed fixings.

Peel the stencil away, leaving a clean, perfectly aligned logo.
In Pune, our fitters can install it for you on orders of ₹10,000 + GST and above; installation is charged extra and quoted once we understand the site.
Fixing options
We choose the fixing to suit your surface. On smooth walls and glass, industrial-grade 3M™ double-sided tape gives a strong, invisible bond, so the letters don't shift or fall off. On walls where drilling is preferred, we drill-fit the letters with concealed fixings that don't show from the front.
