The client wanted it all: a metal finish, letters cut in 3D, lights for the night, and the letters fixed straight on the wall of his construction site. LED acrylic letters run about ₹2,000 per sq ft + GST and stainless steel costs more, which was above what he wanted to spend.
We changed the materials, not the look, and built each letter in three weatherproof layers.
At the back, exterior-grade weatherproof LEDs give the letters a warm back glow at night.
In the middle, a 15 mm white WPC sheet cut to the shape of each letter and drilled straight to the wall.
On top, shiny gold ACP, which gives the look of metal letters by day.
Every layer is outdoor-grade, and the sign came in at about ₹1,660 per sq ft installed.
