Despite its size, the whole display is light and portable. The frame collapses, the print folds, and everything goes into one shoulder bag about 4.5 ft long. Setting it up takes a few minutes, with no special tools and no professional installer.

What you get
The backdrop is sold as a complete kit, ready to use. Everything you need is in the bag:
An 8 x 8 ft banner printed with your artwork, with sleeves sewn along the top and bottom edges.
One-inch hollow metal rods that extend to 8 ft and lock together into a square frame with the nuts supplied.
They hold the frame upright and keep it steady, without wobbling.
Sling it over your shoulder or check it in on a flight.
The frame is reusable. When your campaign changes, order a new print for the same frame; replacement prints are quoted on request.
Exhibiting abroad or out of town
Setting up a stall in Europe, the Middle East or the Far East can be expensive because of local labour and rental costs. A more economical way is to take your own backdrop from India: the kit is light enough to carry to any exhibition and puts your branding up in minutes.

Printed on 300 GSM front-lit Star Flex with our solvent inkjet printer. A good choice for budget events and shorter campaigns. Being plastic, it can show creases where it was folded, and its glossy surface can reflect bright spotlights.

The centrepiece of the kit is the large print your visitors see. We reproduce your artwork at high resolution on our wide-format printers, so logos, product photos and fine text stay crisp even up close.
Solvent inkjet for the flex, UV inkjet for the cloth, both in vivid colour.
Both prints have a black back that stops light from behind showing through, so the graphic stays solid in a bright hall.
Pockets along the top and bottom edges take the frame rods, like a curtain on a rod.

The frame
Each of the four rods is segmented like a blind man's cane: it extends to 8 ft for the display and collapses to about 4 ft for packing. The rods are hollow, so the frame stays light, while the metal is strong enough to hold the print taut. Two flat T-stands at the bottom keep the whole wall upright and steady.
Because the rods are telescopic, the frame can also be set smaller for a smaller stall or stage:

Easy to set up
Setting up takes a few minutes. Watch the video, or follow these steps:

Take the print, the four rods, the nuts and the two T-stands out of the bag. Keep the print aside for now.

Pull each telescopic rod out to its full length (or to the size you ordered).

Join the rods at the ends into a square frame and screw the nuts tight so it can't shift.

Push the top and bottom rods through the sleeves sewn on the print, like hanging a curtain. The print is now stretched across the frame.

Fix the framed print onto the two T-stands. Your backdrop is ready.
To pack up, reverse the steps: take off the print, collapse the rods and put everything back in the bag for the next event.

You send us print-ready artwork and we print it exactly as supplied. We don't design artwork ourselves, but we can recommend designers who do.
Design at 96 x 96 inches for the full 8 x 8 ft (or at the smaller size you will use).
Any high-resolution file: PDF, CDR, EPS, TIFF, JPG or PNG.
Use high-resolution photos and vector logos; low-resolution images look blurred at this size.
We confirm the job before printing and send you a video of the finished backdrop before dispatch.
