Brochures that keep selling long after the meeting ends.

Multi-page brochures and product catalogues in A4 or A5, printed in vibrant colour on our Konica Minolta digital press, with a thick laminated card cover, machine-creased and pinned, and delivered ready to hand to your clients.

Classy-looking brochures used as a sales aid for clients

Your silent sales ambassador

Why every sales meeting needs a printed brochure

No sales presentation or corporate discussion is complete without a physical brochure to guide the conversation. In the meeting you talk about the big picture; the brochure carries the finer details that often decide the sale: your product range, plans and prices, specifications, charts and contact details.

And it keeps working after you leave. Your client can study it at leisure, pass it to a colleague, or keep it on the desk, where a professionally printed brochure quietly reminds them of your business and helps you stand out from the competition. That is why the print matters as much as the design: your designer's effort only pays off if the brochure in your client's hands looks as good as it did on screen.

Print quality

High-resolution digital brochure printing in vibrant colour

We print your brochures on our Konica Minolta 3080 colour digital press at resolutions up to 2400 dpi, in the CMYK colour model. Every fine detail of your product photos is reproduced faithfully, and colours come out rich and vivid, so your images practically jump off the page.

Vivid, punchy colour

Bright, saturated colour that does justice to your brand colours and product photography.

Sharp fine detail

Small text, thin lines, charts and product close-ups reproduced cleanly, at up to 2400 dpi.

Digital press, not photocopies

Much sharper and more vivid than photocopying, and without the set-up costs of offset printing for short runs.

Consistent from copy to copy

Every brochure in the run looks the same, from the first copy to the last.

What goes into your brochure

The three parts of a professionally printed brochure

Every multi-page brochure or catalogue we produce has three parts, and each one gets its own material and its own care. Get all three right and the brochure feels premium the moment your client picks it up.

The outer cover: the first thing your client sees and touches

The inner pages: where your content and pictures live

The finishing: trimming, creasing, lamination and binding

Here is what we use for each part, and why.

A stack of brochures with premium glossy covers on a table

The cover

A thick, laminated brochure cover that makes a strong first impression

We print your cover on heavy 250 GSM or 300 GSM BILT™ card, about as thick as a good visiting card or a premium invitation card. The weight and stiffness give your brochure a rich, substantial feel and signal professionalism the moment it is held.

The outside of the cover is then laminated in your choice of matte or gloss film. Lamination protects the print from water, dust and daily handling, adds depth to the colours, and makes the brochure last much longer.

250 or 300 GSM BILT™ card

Visiting-card thickness for a firm, premium cover.

Matte or gloss lamination

Protects the cover against water, dust and wear, and gives it a classy look and feel.

Bifold brochure that opens like a booklet, with a matte-laminated cover

The inner pages

Inner pages with a premium feel

The inner pages need to be thinner than the cover, so they turn easily and the brochure doesn't get heavy. Our standard inner paper is 170 GSM BILT™ paper, similar to the pages of a premium magazine: substantial in the hand, with a smooth surface that shows off your images.

170 GSM (standard)

Magazine-quality inner pages for most brochures and catalogues.

250 GSM (on request)

Card-thick inner pages for an extra-rigid feel. This may cost extra; ask us for a quote.

100 GSM (for many pages)

For brochures with many pages we use a thinner 100 GSM paper, so the finished brochure doesn't become too bulky.

A 4-page brochure has no inner pages: it is one sheet of cover card, printed on both sides and creased in the middle. From 8 pages up you get a card cover with paper pages inside.

How it's made

From printed sheets to a finished brochure: our finishing process

Turning printed sheets into a polished brochure takes several careful steps after the press run. Your brochures arrive fully finished and ready to use: nothing to fold, staple or trim on your side.

1

Print cover and pages

Your pages are laid out as double spreads (we do this for you) and printed on both sides on our colour digital press.

2

Precision trimming

Every sheet is cut precisely for perfectly neat edges.

3

Machine creasing

A creasing machine scores the centre fold, so the paper folds sharply instead of cracking along the spine, as it can with hand folding.

4

Laminate the cover

Matte or gloss film on the outside of the cover.

5

Pin or bind

Heavy-duty centre pinning with industrial staples, much sturdier than office staples; perfect binding for thicker brochures.

6

Video and dispatch

Before your brochures leave, we send you a short video of the finished job.

Compact A4 bifold brochure opening neatly in the centre

Binding

Centre pinning or perfect binding, depending on your page count

The number of pages decides the binding. Either way, the per-page price is the same: trimming, creasing, cover lamination and binding are all included.

Centre pinning, up to 32 pages

Pages stapled along the centre fold, the classic brochure and booklet finish.

Perfect binding, 36 to 48 pages

A glued spine, like a paperback, for thicker catalogues. Same per-page price as a centre-pinned brochure.

Spiral or wire binding, on request

Only in special cases, such as A3 brochures, which can't be centre pinned. Quoted separately.

More than 48 pages? At that length your catalogue is really a book or manual.

Sizes and variants

A4 or A5, portrait or landscape: choose your brochure format

All our brochures use the same materials and printing; the size and orientation decide the look, and the price.

The classic choice

Portrait

Vertical layout: the short sides at the top and bottom. The standard for most brochures and catalogues. An A4 brochure opens to A3; an A5 brochure opens to A4.

A4 portrait: the professional standard for a full spread of information

A5 portrait: compact and economical; text and images are smaller

For wide images

Landscape

Horizontal layout that opens into a long, wide spread: about 23.5 x 8.25 inches for A4, about 16.5 x 5.75 inches for A5. Chic and distinctive, ideal for panoramic photos and image galleries.

Wide product shots, property and travel photos, 16:9 image galleries

Costs more than portrait for the same size and page count

A4 Size Brochure Printed In Portrait Mode · 210 x 297 mm

A5 Size Brochure Printed In Portrait Mode · 148 x 210 mm

A4 Size Brochure Printed In Landscape Mode · 297 x 210 mm

A5 Size Brochure Printed In Landscape Mode · 210 x 148 mm

The price per page of each variant is in the calculator at the top of this page. A4 costs more than A5, and landscape more than portrait. A3 brochures (wire or spiral bound) are made on request; price on request. All prices exclude 18% GST.

Try before you commit

A free physical sample before your full run

Before we print your full run, we can print a physical sample of your brochure, free of charge. Holding the real thing lets you check the colours, the content and the layout with your own eyes, so the final job comes out exactly as you want it.

If the sample doesn't convince you, you are under no obligation to go ahead with the order. This free sampling is a service none of our competitors offer.

Please proofread the sample carefully: spelling or content errors in an approved file are printed as approved.

Pricing

How the cost of brochure printing is calculated

Three things decide the price of your brochure: the size and orientation (the variant), the number of pages, and the number of copies. The rate is per printed page, and the cover counts as 4 of those pages. Trimming, creasing, cover lamination and binding are included.

Brochures are made in multiples of four pages: 4, 8, 12, 16 and so on, up to 48. That's because every sheet is folded in the middle, and one folded sheet gives four sides. Choose your variant, page count and quantity in the calculator at the top of this page for an instant estimate.

Digital vs offset

Why digital printing suits brochure runs of 100 to 1,000 copies

Digital printing needs no plates and no set-up run, which makes it the economical choice for short runs, and it gives sharper, more vivid results than photocopying.

Economical short runs

Digital printing is at its most economical for runs of about 100 to 500 copies, so you don't have to print thousands to get a good price.

Offset for big volumes

For more than about 1,000 copies of one brochure, offset printing usually becomes more economical. Tell us your quantity and we'll advise you honestly.

Fast when you're in a hurry

The press run itself is fast. Brochures are often rush jobs, and when our machines and schedule are free we take them up right away, though we don't commit to an exact finishing time.

Quality that impresses

A high-resolution digital print looks classier than an offset or photocopied job of the same design.

Good to know

Minimum order, lead time and delivery

Minimum order

₹3,000 + 18% GST per job. Because a brochure goes through several processes, we can't print just one copy.

Each size also has a minimum number of copies; we confirm the exact number in your quote.

Lead time

Typically allow 2-3 days after payment and sample approval, plus a few extra days if other jobs are in the queue ahead of yours. Rush jobs can be moved up the queue when the schedule allows. We don't promise an arrival date; tell us your event date and we'll do our level best.

Delivery

Free delivery across India. In Pune our team hand-delivers, usually within 2-3 days; outstation parcels go by courier, typically 3-5 working days to metro cities and 5-7 elsewhere. In a hurry? Collect your brochures from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.

Applications

Where our brochures and catalogues are used

A brochure is your primary medium for putting the full details of your business in a prospect's hands, in a form that is attractive enough to drive a buying decision. Our clients print brochures and catalogues for:

Corporate sales meetings

Leave-behind brochures that carry your plans, prices and specifications after the pitch.

Trade fairs and exhibitions

Catalogues and product brochures for visitors to take away from your stall.

Product catalogues

Your full range, with photos, codes and specifications, for dealers and distributors.

Company profiles

A polished introduction to your business for new clients, tenders and investors.

Seminars and training sessions

Course brochures, programme booklets and handouts for educational events.

Launches and business events

Event programmes and launch brochures that make the day memorable.

Artwork

How to prepare your brochure file for printing

Send us a print-ready file and your brochure will come out exactly as designed. A PDF is best; we also work from the formats below.

PDF

AI

CDR

EPS

TIFF

PNG

JPG

Design at the final page size

Set up your pages as single A4 or A5 pages, not as spreads. We lay them out as double spreads (pagination) and add the cutting and creasing marks.

Follow the rule of four

Make your page count a multiple of four (4, 8, 12, 16…), cover included, so you don't end up with blank pages at the back.

Keep a safe margin

Leave at least 15 mm (about half an inch) of free space on all four sides, so nothing important gets trimmed off.

Keep every page the same size

When text, price lists and diagrams come from different people, pages of different sizes creep in. Check before you send.

Embed fonts, use high-resolution images

Save a PDF with all fonts included, use images of 300 dpi or more, and share the original design file too if you can.

We set up, you design

We prepare your file for the press, but we don't design brochures from scratch. If you need a designer, see our favourite Pune-based designers.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What sizes of brochures do you print?

A4 (210 x 297 mm) and A5 (148 x 210 mm), each in portrait or landscape. A3 brochures are made on request, with wire or spiral binding (centre pinning isn't possible at A3); price on request.

How many pages can my brochure have?

Any multiple of four from 4 to 48 pages, counting the cover as 4 pages. Most brochures have 4 to 16 pages; 24- and 32-page catalogues are common too. Above 48 pages, your catalogue is really a book: see our book printing.

What paper do you use?

The cover is 250 or 300 GSM BILT™ card, laminated matte or gloss. Inner pages are 170 GSM BILT™ paper as standard; 250 GSM is available on request (this may cost extra), and for brochures with many pages we use a thinner 100 GSM paper so the brochure doesn't get too bulky.

How are the pages bound?

Brochures of up to 32 pages are centre pinned (stapled). From 36 to 48 pages they are perfect bound, at the same per-page price. Spiral or wire binding is available on request in special cases.

Is the cover included in the price?

Yes. The cover counts as 4 of your pages and is priced at the same per-page rate. Trimming, creasing, lamination of the cover and binding are included. You only choose the variant, the page count and the number of copies.

What is your minimum order?

₹3,000 + 18% GST per job, and each size has a minimum number of copies, which we confirm in your quote. For example, 100 copies of a 4-page A4 portrait brochure at ₹30 a copy come to ₹3,000 + GST.

Can I see a sample before the full run?

Yes. We can print a physical sample of your brochure free of charge, so you can check the colours, content and layout. If it doesn't convince you, you're under no obligation to go ahead with the order.

Can you design my brochure?

No. We don't have an in-house designer and don't design brochures from scratch. The artwork comes from your side; we prepare it for the press, including the pagination. If you need a designer, we're happy to recommend one in Pune.

What file format should I send?

A print-ready PDF with the fonts embedded is best. We also accept AI, CDR, EPS, TIFF, PNG and JPG files, as long as they are high resolution.

Can you print brochures on textured or non-tearable paper?

Yes, on request. Textured papers give a distinctive feel; non-tearable (NT) paper costs more than regular paper but is much more durable. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote it.

I need more than 1,000 brochures. Digital or offset?

A digitally printed job looks classier, but for more than about 1,000 copies of one brochure, offset printing usually works out more economical. Tell us your quantity and we'll advise you.

How long does it take, and how is it delivered?

Typically 2-3 days after payment and sample approval, plus a few extra days if the queue is long; rush jobs can be moved up when the schedule allows, but we don't promise dates. Delivery is free across India: hand delivery in Pune, courier elsewhere. Urgent orders can be collected from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.

How do I pay, and is GST extra?

All prices exclude 18% GST. Once we have evaluated your file, our accounts team sends a pro-forma invoice with a payment link; you can pay by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). Production starts once payment is received. Share your GSTIN if you want it on the invoice for input credit.
