A builder’s sales gallery
Where a buyer decides
A family buying a flat spends a few hours in the builder’s sales office, and in those hours they decide whether to trust the builder with their savings. So the sales gallery is not just an office. It is the builder’s handshake.
Ravima builds homes across Pune, and every one of its sites has a sales office that follows the same pattern: the Ravima logo, the name of the project, and a sales area branded from the entrance wall to the last cabin. We branded two of them, for Newton Homes Royale in Pimpri Chinchwad and Maximum in Hadapsar-Mundhwa, in 2024. This post walks you through 12 ideas from those two offices, and how each one is made.

What
12 kinds of branding, inside and out
The client wanted first-class materials all the way, and was ready to pay for them. That is what lets a wall look like this.
Idea 1: the entrance wall
Letters that glow when the sun goes down
The first wall a visitor sees on entering the project carries Newton Homes Royale in acrylic letters with LEDs inside, fixed straight on the textured wall. Every wire runs through the back of the wall, so nothing shows from the front. By day the letters show the brand colours; after dark they glow and wash the wall with soft light. This is our lit acrylic letters fixed straight on the wall.

Idea 2: straight on the paint
Acrylic letters and tiles that seem to grow out of the wall
Inside, a plain grey painted wall becomes the brand wall. The Newton Homes logo, the “I choose to” line and the coloured tiles are laser-cut from 5 mm acrylic and pasted straight on the paint with strong 3M double-sided tape. No frames, no screw heads.
There was one problem: acrylic sheet doesn’t come in Ravima’s exact brand colours. So we cut the tiles from white acrylic and UV-printed the colours on top. The logo and the line are white acrylic, with highlights in brushed-gold acrylic.
Laser-cut acrylic
5 mm acrylic, cut to the logo, the letters and every tile on our laser.
Brushed gold
Gold acrylic highlights on the white logo and line.
Idea 3: the brand wall
Wall mural or 3D office wall branding?
Some people call walls like these wall murals. They are works of art in their own way, but the right name is 3D office wall branding: a printed wall with acrylic pieces raised off it in two or three heights, so the brand stands out of the wall instead of lying flat on it.
On the two main walls of the sales gallery, the base is a dark grey print on a high-end polymeric vinyl. It isn’t ordinary wallpaper: it hugs every bump of the wall, so the finish is seamless. The small text is printed into this layer. On top of it sit three more heights.
How the layers stack
Print, 3 mm, 10 mm: three heights on one wall
The tiles stand 3 mm off the print, the logo 10 mm. On the wall of fame, a 10 mm WPC base lifts 5 mm of printed acrylic even further.

The Newton Homes Royale wall, layer by layer
Here is what sits on the dark print of the Newton Homes Royale wall, from the flattest to the most raised:
1
The print
The dark grey polymeric vinyl, with the small text printed into it.
2
The tiles
Laser-cut white acrylic tiles, 3 mm thick, with the brand’s triangles and squares UV-printed on them.
3
The tower
The multicoloured tower of triangles, raised off the wall the same way.
4
The girl with wings
Printed on acrylic and raised, about 3 mm.
5
The logo
The Newton Homes house and letters, cut from a single 10 mm acrylic sheet: no spacers, one solid piece.
Idea 4: the one people remember
A lit sign inside a wall print
On the second brand wall, the word RAVIMA is made of acrylic letters with LEDs inside, fixed on top of the wall print. The wires are drawn through from behind the wall, so all you see are the glowing letters on the dark wall.
Lit signs usually live outside, on a shop front. Setting one into a printed wall, inside an office, is something we had not done before this job. It is the piece every visitor notices first.
A lit sign inside an office, on a printed wall, with not a single wire in sight.
Idea 5: the wall of fame
Every project, cut to its own outline
Next to the lit logo, Ravima’s projects in Pimpri, Tathawade and Hadapsar stand out of the wall. We printed a photo of each building on 5 mm acrylic and cut it to the building’s outline. Each one sits on a 10 mm WPC base.
So there are three layers: the wall print, the WPC and the acrylic. The buildings stand well off the wall, and the label under each one tells a buyer exactly where it is.
Watch
This kind of wall, in a video
Our video on 3D wall murals for corporate offices shows walls like these up close: a printed wall with raised acrylic pieces that turn a flat wall into a brand wall.
Idea 6: a clear panel
Text on clear acrylic, with the wall showing through
The Ravima Care wall has the Care logo in laser-cut acrylic, pasted on the wall with 3M tape. Next to it hangs a sheet of clear acrylic carrying the logos and text of every Ravima Care service, in black vinyl cut on our plotter.
Because the acrylic is clear, the wall shows through behind the text. The panel looks light and glassy, not like a board stuck on a wall.
Idea 7: the glass cabins
Brand colours on film you can hardly see
Every cabin in the office has glass partitions. Along the full length of each panel we pasted a 3 ft high strip of ultra-clear transparent vinyl, printed with Ravima’s triangles and tiles.
Ordinary clear film leaves a faint haze. Ultra-clear film doesn’t: it seems to merge with the glass, so you see the colours, not the film. The strips run through the whole office and tie every cabin to the brand. More on the film: transparent glass film prints.
Idea 8: privacy with print
Frosted film where the senior team sits
Where the senior executives sit, we screened the cabins with frosted glass film prints. The frosted film carries print too: the main features and selling points of the project. Out front, the same clear strips frame the entrance.
Real photos from the sales galleries, only light and colour corrected.
Idea 9: photos under acrylic
Reverse-printed acrylic panels, 6 ft wide
In the inner cabins, mostly on the wall under the AC, we fixed large reverse-printed acrylic panels, about 6 ft wide and 2.5 to 3 ft high, with the elevations and photos of the buildings.
The print sits behind the acrylic, so the picture looks like it is under glass, and nothing can scratch it. The panels are held on the wall with studs.
Ideas 10 and 11: logos on base plates
One lit, one plain
For the Maximum project in Hadapsar-Mundhwa we made a lit acrylic logo on a white acrylic base panel, fixed straight on the wall (lit logo on a base plate). The Ravima logo, in red acrylic letters on a white acrylic base plate, is the plain version (logo on a base plate). The second photo was taken before the brown protective film was peeled off.
Real photos, only light and colour corrected.
Idea 12: something to hold
Selling points a buyer can pick up
On a semicircular shelf stand rows of 3 mm acrylic plates, each printed with a feature or a selling point of the project.
They are rigid, so a visitor can lift one off the shelf and hold it while the sales team talks them through it. A brochure gets left on the table; a plate in the hand gets read.

Where and when
Pimpri Chinchwad and Hadapsar-Mundhwa, Pune, 2024; installed by our team
Who did it
Made and fitted by one team
We made and installed everything in this post. Pritam Bodke, who runs our signage projects, led the job on site with our fitters, from the first measurements to the last strip of film.
What we don’t do: civil work, furniture, plumbing, or laying power lines. For the lit letters, your electrician keeps a power point ready; the wiring of the sign itself is ours. That way the brand work and the building work never get in each other’s way.

Questions people ask
3D office wall branding: FAQ
What is 3D office wall branding?
A printed wall with acrylic pieces raised off it at different heights, so the logo and graphics stand out of the wall. Some people call it a 3D wall mural.
Why UV-print the tiles instead of buying coloured acrylic?
Acrylic sheet doesn’t come in every brand colour. Printing on white acrylic matches your exact colours.
Can you brand a site office or sales gallery for a builder?
Yes. Ravima’s sales offices all follow one pattern, which makes each new site faster to plan and quote.
