This board has just two parts: your logo and company name, laser-cut from acrylic and raised in 3D, and the flat acrylic base plate they are assembled on. We fix the letters to the base in our workshop, so the finished board goes up on your wall in one piece, quickly and neatly. It has no LEDs, so it needs no wiring or power point.

The letters and logo
The logo, company name and any other details, such as your address or GST number, are the part everyone notices first. We cut every letter and logo element on our laser cutting machines from imported cast acrylic (Lucite, Astari or an equivalent brand), so each curve and corner comes out clean and precise.
The letters are 3 mm or 5 mm thick, so they rise off the base plate and cast a soft shadow: a real 3D effect, even without lights. To match your brand colours, we choose the exact acrylic shade from our stock, and where a colour needs it we add polymeric vinyl from 3M™, Avery™ or LG™.

How it is made
Send us your logo and the details you want on the board. We prepare a free proposal with the layout, sizes, materials and a 3D render, so you can see the board before it is made.
Once you approve the proposal and pay, we laser-cut the letters and logo, assemble them on the base plate and pack the finished board, ready to fix on your wall.

The base plate
The base plate is the canvas your 3D logo and letters sit on. We make it from a sturdy 3 mm or 5 mm acrylic sheet, strong enough to hold your logo and text firmly.
A clear base lets a textured wall, special paint or wooden panelling show through, so your letters seem to float. A white, black, coloured or metallic base gives a sharp contrast with the wall and makes every detail on the board stand out. We keep an album of shades to help you choose.

Mounting
Ordinary screws would spoil a good-looking board. The base plate comes with pre-drilled holes in the four corners, and we fix it with chrome-finish mirror-cap studs that cover the screw heads and add a polished touch.
Risers under the studs hold the board about an inch away from the wall, so it seems to float and throws a soft shadow. The studs and risers are included in the price.
