For Swojas Advait, a 2 & 3 BHK project in Model Colony, we built a pylon whose top is the building itself: the project’s own elevation, cut to its outline in acrylic and lit from inside, standing at the site gate.

A project under construction is hidden behind a site fence. Its developers wanted a sign at the gate that shows passers-by what is coming up there, who is building it, and how to call the sales office, by day and at night.
The pylon stands about 9 ft 3 in tall. On top is a 2.5 inch deep box of cast acrylic, cut to the outline of the building and UV-printed with its elevation; it glows from the front, not the sides.
Below it come the project name in lit white acrylic letters, a lit tile for each partner (Swojas Enterprises, Beharay Group, Swojas, Karan Developers, Miheet Rrealty) with the MahaRERA number and QR code, and a lit strip with the sales numbers. A side panel juts out with the amenities: 3-side open views, budget-friendly homes, mountain view, puzzle parking and Vaastu compliance.
The box is black, exterior-grade ACP wrapped around an MS steel frame; the base doesn’t glow, so the lit parts stand out. Hundreds of waterproof LED modules light it, with the power supply built in: the site only connects a power cord.
On site the frame’s steel angles go about 2 ft down into a concrete footing, with cross bracing, so the pylon stays firm in wind and rain.
Before anything was built, our proposal showed the layout, the dimensions, the specification of every layer, the materials and colours, and day and night views of the pylon at the site. Once a design is final, fabrication and installation typically take a week to 10 days.
