When every resident vehicle carries a clearly visible parking permit, your security staff can identify authorised members instantly, streamline entry at the gate and keep unauthorised outside vehicles out of the premises.
We make custom parking stickers carrying your society's name or your RWA's logo, which your guards recognise immediately and which is hard for outsiders to imitate. Each permit also gets a unique serial number, so you can track and audit exactly which sticker went to which resident, plus fields for the flat number, parking slot and vehicle number.
How it works
We offer society parking stickers in two materials: our regular non-reflective stickers, and the night reflective stickers on this page. The reflective film is covered with thousands of microscopic prisms that act like tiny mirrors: when headlights fall on the sticker, the light is bounced straight back towards the vehicle, so the permit shines brightly at night, in fog or in any low-light condition, without any electricity.
We use 3M™ High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) film, the same class of reflective sheeting used for road and direction signs, repurposed into small, highly visible parking permits. Few vendors in India offer night reflective parking stickers.
The prisms send light back to its source, so the sticker glows for the driver and the guard at the gate.

Faster, safer gate checks
Parking stickers are small, which makes them hard to spot from a distance, especially at night. A reflective permit lights up as soon as the vehicle's headlights reach the gate, so the guard can identify an authorised vehicle from a distance and open the barrier without walking up to the car for a close-up check.
No manual inspection of every car at night, so vehicles don't pile up at the gate.
Permits can be verified from the security cabin, even in the dark.
Your own design, society name and running serial numbers on 3M™ reflective film make the permits difficult for outsiders to duplicate.

Car and bike stickers
Two-wheelers and four-wheelers need different stickers, because they are fixed differently. Choose the variant in the calculator at the top of this page; prices are per sticker and exclude 18% GST.

Our parking permits are rectangular and measure 3 inches high by 2.5 inches wide: big enough to show the society name, logo, serial number, vehicle icon and all the fill-in fields clearly, and small enough to look neat on a windscreen or a scooter. Other rectangular sizes can be made on request.

Easy to use
The stickers are made of weatherproof vinyl, not paper, so ordinary pens and pencils won't write on them: use a permanent marker.

Write the flat, slot and vehicle numbers with a permanent marker. On car stickers, lift the front liner, write on the printed face, then press the liner back down before handing the permits out.

Wipe the scooter body or the inside of the windscreen so it is clean, dry and free of dust.

Peel the release paper off the back and press the sticker onto the front of the two-wheeler.

Peel the liner off the front and press the sticker onto the inside of the windscreen, printed side facing out.

Press from the centre outwards so no air stays trapped under the sticker.

We first send you the layout proposal. Once you approve it and pay, printing and cutting typically take 2-3 working days, plus a few extra days if other jobs are in the queue. We don't promise an arrival date.
Free delivery across India. In Pune our team hand-delivers, usually within 2-3 days; outstation parcels go by courier, typically 3-5 working days to metro cities and 5-7 elsewhere. Stickers are printed on large rolls, so you may receive a few extra.
