At Orchid Digitals we take immense pride in the quality of our work and our commitment to giving the best possible service to our customers. This policy covers the rare occasions when a job may not meet expectations.

Section 01

How Our Personalised Services Differ from Regular Goods

There is a fundamental difference between a generic product sold in a mall or clothing store and the highly personalised service we provide at Orchid Digitals. Every print is customised for each and every customer.

Custom printed goods, once returned, have no resale value.

A brochure contains images and data specific to your design. A visiting card bears your name and company logo. These products have value to you — but we cannot resell them to anyone else. Returned custom prints head straight to the recycling bin.

The designs for every print job come in from your end. We do not offer designing or layout services, nor charge anything for the same. So if you place a print order and then decide that the fonts or colours are not to your liking, or if there is a spelling mistake or content error, the onus of that error is on you.

Goods returns are not accepted like they are in a mall or clothing store.

With a constant flow of jobs at our end, we hardly even glance at the content within the prints. Design errors in the submitted artwork are the customer’s responsibility.

But we absolutely stand behind our print quality.

If our work is deficient in any way, your job will be reprinted and replaced at once — no questions asked.

To avoid unpleasant surprises, you can request a sample and verify the quality before committing to a full run. We are extremely confident our print quality will meet all your requirements. If you are ordering online, we can message across photos or videos of sample prints. If you visit in person and don’t like it — you can just walk out, no questions asked.

Eligibility for a Print Job Replacement

Please go through the following points carefully to understand whether your situation qualifies for a replacement or exchange.

✅ You ARE eligible if…

Your item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item is defective or damaged due to an oversight on our side.

You raise the issue within 15 days of your purchase date.

❌ Replacement CANNOT be granted if…

The prints bear obvious signs of use.

The item is not in its original condition, or is damaged / missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The return is made more than 15 days after delivery.

The item is a sale / discounted item or was distributed as a free sample. Only regular-priced items may be exchanged.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Section 03

The Process of Reprints, Exchanges & Refunds

Follow these steps to initiate a replacement, exchange, or refund request.

Send the item to our address

Mail your print item to: Orchid Enterprises, Shop 1, 2, 3 Shripad Apartments, 278 Shaniwar Peth, Near Omkareshwar Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra 411030, India.

We inspect and notify you

Once received and inspected, we will email you confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Approved: we reprint and exchange

If the replacement is approved, we will reprint another copy and exchange it. The original print material will be retained by us.

If reprint isn’t possible: refund within 7–10 days

If an exchange or reprint is not possible, you will receive a refund within 7–10 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1–2 weeks. Alternatively, you may use that credit against another purchase from us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, work through these steps before contacting us.

First, check your bank account again — the credit may already be there.

Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Shipping costs are your responsibility

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times vary by location

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Use trackable shipping for orders over ₹2,000

If you are shipping an item worth over ₹2,000/-, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
