A 15 ft sign for Aiyoo Appa! in two layers of 3D acrylic. The yellow inside of each letter and the green outline are both raised, and coloured acrylic on the faces and the sides lets the board glow by day as well as at night.

A restaurant front needs a name that reads from across the road in daylight, not only after the lights come on, and this one was 15 ft wide.
Each letter is built in two layers. The yellow inner part is raised above the rest of the letter, and the green area around it is raised too, so the name has depth even when the lights are off.
We used coloured acrylic on the faces and on the sides of the letters, which keeps the colours bright in the day and lets the LEDs inside light them at night.
The letters are fixed on a metal frame that our team fabricated on site to suit the frontage.
