Shahji Paratha House serves Delhi food that Pune loves, and its tagline says so: "Delhi ki shaan, Poona ki jaan". We had already made the main board, so we made and installed the tagline next to it in 3D LED acrylic letters, orange on white, that glow at night and still read by day.

Shahji Paratha House is a restaurant chain whose outlets we brand, outside and inside. At its outlet on Bund Garden Road (DP Road), Pune, the main board was already ours. The owner wanted the tagline, "Delhi ki shaan, Poona ki jaan" (the pride of Delhi, the darling of Pune), beside it on the facade, in a sign that would stand out both at night and in daylight.
We made each word as 3D LED acrylic letters about 2.5 inches deep.
Every letter face has two layers: white acrylic at the back, with the letters cut from orange acrylic and pasted on top, so a crisp white outline frames each one.
Aluminium channel sides hold the faces, and hundreds of warm white LEDs (3000 K) fill the letters, so the whole line glows evenly at night.
With the lights off, the orange-on-white faces still read clearly from across the road.
