Dr Mudit Raka wanted his detailed Back To Health logo reproduced exactly as drawn, in 3D acrylic, with every small piece fixed straight on the clinic wall and no base plate behind it.
The finer a cut-out piece, the less surface it has to stick to the wall, and the greater the risk of it falling off later. A base plate is the usual answer. Dr Raka wanted none: the logo exactly as the artwork, in 3D, piece by piece on the wall.
We laser-cut every part of the logo from acrylic: the spine icon, the monogram, the small figures and the fine text.
Each piece was fixed individually on the clinic wall, matching the artwork, with no base plate behind it.
We also printed the logo on laminated vinyl for the clinic’s entrance door (second photo). Side by side, you can see how much detail the 3D version had to match.
