Toy Planet sits on a street corner in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, under a blue ACP fascia that wraps around two sides. We filled both sides with light: the TOY PLANET logo in two lit levels, the name in Marathi, and a collage of 3D acrylic shapes, an astronaut, a boat, a UFO, a xylophone and clouds, all glowing after dark.

Mr. Hamza, who owns Toy Planet, had seen the Pebbles board we made on MG Road. He asked Pebbles who had made it, got our name and walked into our shop. His fascia was already up: blue ACP put up by his own vendor, wrapping the corner on two sides. His brand designer had made a space-themed identity. He wanted that identity on the shop front, bright and fun, so children and parents notice it from both roads.
We started from his artwork and re-arranged it to fit each face: 174 x 45.6 in over the entrance and 126 x 45.6 in around the corner. Each face got its own TOY PLANET logo (77.6 in and 65.6 in wide), the name टॉय प्लॅनेट in Marathi and its own set of shapes. Before work started, we gave him all the dimension files and guided him on the ACP frontage; the ACP itself was done by his vendor.
The logo is built in two levels. The first is a logo plate cut to the shape of the planet: a laser-cut acrylic face with the artwork printed on backlit vinyl, white acrylic sides about 2.5 in deep, and LEDs inside. The TOY PLANET letters sit on top as a second level: acrylic letters about 2.5 in deep with their own warm white LEDs, so they glow from the front and the sides.
Around the logo, the astronaut, boat, UFO, xylophone and clouds are made the same way: a laser-cut acrylic face, printed on top where the artwork has pictures and shading, coloured acrylic where it is a flat colour, deep white sides and LEDs inside. The Marathi name is built like the letters.
We printed the artwork on backlit vinyl on our own UV print-and-cut machine and laser-cut the acrylic in our workshop, where every piece was assembled and lit. Across both faces there are about 800 LED modules, white in the shapes and warm white in the letters, run by power supplies hidden behind the fascia.
Our installation team drilled every piece straight onto the ACP and took the wires through to the back, so nothing shows on the front. We used the scaffolding left by the ACP vendor. From the first discussion to the switch-on, the job took about 15 to 20 days.
The night photos and the Christmas photo on this page are from Toy Planet’s own Google listing; the rest are ours.
