Why it matters
Labels made of thin paper or plastic are perfectly fine for everyday jobs such as packaging or address labels. On an expensive laptop, a new mobile phone or a branded appliance, though, they look out of place: they wrinkle, fade, scuff and start peeling at the corners within weeks.
High-end devices need a sticker that is a clear step up: thick, with a substantial feel, and tough enough to resist scratches, fading and wrinkles, so your device and your brand keep a polished, professional look for years.
That is exactly what our laminated vinyl stickers are made for. They are much thicker than paper or plastic labels, stand up to sunlight, heat and rain, and carry a protective lamination top coat that shields the print from water, dust and scratches. Bubble-free technology
The feature that sets these vinyl decals apart sits on the back: microscopic grooves, or air-release channels, built into the adhesive layer. As you press the sticker down, any air trapped underneath escapes through these channels instead of forming a bubble.
The result is a flawless finish: no bubbles, no creases, no wrinkles. Once applied, the sticker lies perfectly flat and smooth, and looks as if it came with the device.

Thickness and feel
Typical paper or plastic labels are thin, around 80 to 100 GSM, which gives them a flimsy feel. That is fine on a courier box, but not on the lid of a laptop or the back of a phone.
Our vinyl decals are built in layers: a 100-micron Wyte™ vinyl base, a strong adhesive, and a 100-micron Wyte™ lamination top coat. Together they come to roughly 200 to 250 microns. The sticker feels solid in the hand and looks it on the device.
That is why they work so well as giveaways: when you hand out these stickers, people are happy to put your artwork on their own laptops and phones, where it keeps your brand in view every day.
Durability
After printing, every sheet of stickers is laminated with a matte protective film on our in-house hydraulic laminator. The lamination gives the stickers a soft matte look and feel, and it is also a protective barrier over the printed graphics.
Water, spills and rain don't spoil the print; the lamination seals it.

Easy removal
Thin paper and plastic labels often use aggressive glues. When you try to peel them off, they tear into pieces and leave sticky fragments behind, which can spoil the look of your equipment.
Our vinyl stickers use a high-quality acrylic-based adhesive. It holds firmly while the sticker is in use, yet lets the decal lift away cleanly, in one piece, when you want to remove it. Any trace of adhesive left behind wipes off with a little water or a mild cleaning agent, so your device goes back to its original condition.
Please note: this is a permanent adhesive, not the ultra-removable glue of sticky notes that lifts with zero residue. How easily any vinyl decal comes off depends on how long it has been in place and how much heat it has been exposed to. A sticker that has spent several years in sunlight and heat will be harder to peel than one applied a few days ago.
Custom shapes
You are never limited to squares and rectangles. We kiss-cut your stickers along the outline of your artwork: the blade cuts through the vinyl and lamination but not the backing paper, so each sticker peels off neatly in its own shape.
A custom-cut sticker looks more considered and more professional than one trapped in a plain box, and it is ideal for personalising laptops, mobile phones and other devices people value.

How it's made
Your stickers are produced on industrial machines in our Pune workshop. Vinyl comes in large rolls, 4 feet wide and hundreds of feet long, so we never print stickers one at a time: we lay out many copies of your design side by side and fill the print area. We arrange as many copies of your sticker as fit across the roll, with a small gap between stickers for the cutting blade and a free margin at the edges for the printer to grip the vinyl.

Our wide-format Mimaki CJV200 print-and-cut machine prints your design in vibrant CMYK colour with genuine Mimaki eco-solvent inks, capturing every detail sharply.

The printed sheet goes through our hydraulic laminator for its protective matte top coat.

The laminated roll goes back into the Mimaki, whose built-in cutter runs a razor-sharp blade along the outline of every sticker on the sheet.

Pricing
Industrial sticker printers like us price the printed sheet, not the single label. These stickers cost ₹120 per sq ft + 18% GST, and that includes printing, matte lamination and kiss-cutting to shape. We fit as many copies of your sticker as possible on the sheet, so the smaller your sticker, the more you get per square foot and the less each one costs.
To find the cost of one sticker, divide the cost of the sheet by the number of stickers that fit on it. The calculator at the top of this page does this for you: enter your sticker's width and height to see an estimate. Because we leave a small gap between stickers for the blade and a margin at the roll edges, we confirm the exact count and price after checking your artwork.
Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST. If your first estimate comes in below it, simply increase the quantity: more stickers, a lower cost per sticker.

They are made of a 100-micron Wyte™ vinyl with a 100-micron matte lamination on top, about 200-250 microns in all, against roughly 80-100 GSM for typical paper or plastic labels. They have air-release channels for bubble-free application, a lamination that makes them waterproof and scratch-resistant, and they are cut to the shape of your artwork.

Usually yes. The acrylic adhesive lets the sticker lift off in one piece, and any trace of glue wipes off with a little water or a mild cleaner. It is a permanent adhesive, though, not a sticky-note glue: the longer a sticker has been in place, and the more heat it has seen, the firmer the bond becomes.
