Your artwork printed at high resolution on Wyte™ vinyl with tiny air-release channels in the adhesive, finished with a matte lamination. Trapped air escapes as you paste, so even a big wall or pillar graphic lies flat without bubbles or creases.
The problem with big stickers
Pasting a small sticker is easy. Pasting a 5-foot print is not: as you press it down, air gets trapped between the print and the surface, and the vinyl folds into creases that never come out. The result looks messy and uneven.
Bubble-free vinyl solves this. It is a speciality self-adhesive vinyl whose adhesive side carries a fine pattern of tiny channels. When you smooth the print with a squeegee, the trapped air escapes along those channels instead of forming a bubble.
That makes large graphics on walls, pillars, doors and panels far easier to install, for a professional installer or for your own team.
How it works
Look at the back of the vinyl and you will see a fine grid of grooves in the adhesive. Press the print down with a squeegee and any air pushed ahead of it runs out through these grooves to the edge of the print.
On top, the print gets a matte lamination film that protects it from dust, water, scratches and everyday wear, and keeps it glare-free under office lights.
Grooves in the adhesive let trapped air escape as you paste, so bubbles don't form.
Smooth it on with a squeegee, dry or with a light spray of water; no special tools.

Print quality
We print your artwork on our industrial wide-format printers in eco-solvent or UV inks, so photographs, logos and small text stay crisp and colours stay vibrant, even on a floor-to-ceiling pillar wrap.
The vinyl is slightly stretchable, so it follows gently curved surfaces such as round pillars and curved panels without lifting at the edges.

Indoors and outdoors
Bubble-free vinyl is a monomeric vinyl. It is at its best indoors, on walls, pillars, doors, counters and panels, away from direct sun and rain.
Outdoors it works well for short campaigns: a launch, an event or a seasonal promotion on a shopfront panel or the flat side of a van. For graphics that must face the sun and rain for years, choose a polymeric or cast vinyl instead.

Bubble-free vinyl comes on 4-ft-wide rolls, so a single piece can be up to 4 ft on its short side and as long as you need on the other, up to 15 ft in the calculator.
Larger graphics are split into 4-ft-wide panels that are pasted edge to edge on site, so a whole wall or a tall pillar can be covered with one continuous image.

Pricing
Bubble-free vinyl costs ₹120 per sq ft + 18% GST, including printing and matte lamination. The calculator at the top of the page rounds each side up to the next whole foot.
The smallest print we make is 4 x 3 ft; smaller designs are billed as 4 x 3 ft. Our minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST, so an order needs at least 25 sq ft, for example one 7 x 4 ft print (28 sq ft, ₹3,360) or several prints together.

Installation
The print is pre-gummed with a strong adhesive, so it goes on like a large sticker. Small prints can be applied dry; for big panels, a light spray of soapy water lets you slide the print into place before the glue grips. Our video shows the wet method on a wall:

Make sure the surface is clean, dry, smooth and free of dust and loose paint.

For large panels, spray a light film of soapy water so you can adjust the position.

Peel the release liner back from the top edge and fix the print at the top.

Keep peeling the liner and pressing the print down gradually.

Smooth the print from the centre outwards; air and water escape through the channels.

Paste the next panel over the small overlap of the one before it, then press all edges down.

Set your artboard to the actual size of the print, for example 48 x 120 inches for a 4 x 10 ft panel. At actual size, 72 to 150 DPI keeps the file manageable; or design at one-tenth scale at 300 DPI. For a pillar or a wall, send the measurements and we split the design into panels.
