The no-label look
Transparent stickers are the natural choice for clear glass bottles and transparent plastic containers, because they let your customers see exactly what is inside. Your brand name, logo and product details are printed in vivid colour on a clear plastic film, and everywhere else the clear film stays only faintly visible on the container.
Because the labels are made of plastic, not paper, they don't soak up water or oil. That makes them ideal for products that live in wet or greasy places: food containers kept in the refrigerator, milk and juice bottles, ghee jars and oil cans.
Plastic or paper?
Paper stickers are excellent for many everyday uses, but paper has one weakness: it tears, and it wrinkles or stains when it meets water or oil. For bottles and containers that get wet, chilled or handled with oily hands, a plastic label lasts far longer.
Dry, indoor packaging
Our glossy mirrorcote paper stickers are the most economical labels for cartons, envelopes and dry products that stay indoors.
Lowest cost per label
Paper can tear, wrinkle or stain when it gets wet or oily
Wet, oily or chilled products
Clear, non-tearable plastic film. The label brands your product and keeps it fully visible for inspection, even when it is packed.
See-through: the contents stay visible, which builds trust at the shelf
Non-tearable, water- and oil-resistant, wipes clean
The material
We print your transparent stickers on Technova™ 100-micron clear plastic film with a glossy surface. It is a non-tearable (NT) film: you can't rip it by hand, and water or oil simply wipe off.
On the back is a high-tack hot-melt adhesive on a sturdy 130 GSM release liner. The label grips the moment it is pressed down, with no curing time, and it is meant to stay: once applied, it doesn't peel off easily and can't be repositioned.
The film is clear with a glossy surface, so the printed areas look bright; the unprinted film is see-through but stays slightly visible on the pack, as with any clear label.
Doesn't absorb liquids: spills, condensation and oily fingerprints wipe off without staining the label.
Print quality
Your labels are printed in-house on our Konica Minolta 3080 colour digital press in CMYK, at 1,200 x 1,200 dpi (3,600 dpi equivalent). Fine text, thin lines, barcodes and small logos come out crisp, and colours are rich and saturated, so a label only a few centimetres wide still reads clearly.
The same press we use for brochures and books, running genuine Konica inks.
Ingredient lists, net weights, batch details and small print stay legible.
Dark bottles and dark contents
All printing inks are transparent. On a clear sticker the background of the container shows through the print, so colours look their best on clear glass with light-coloured contents, or on white and pastel surfaces. On black packaging, amber bottles or dark contents such as cola, coffee or dark oils, a plain transparent print looks dull and can almost vanish.
The answer is a layer of opaque white ink printed behind your artwork, so the colours stay bright on any background. White ink is printed on our UV machines, not on the digital press used for this product, so white-ink transparent stickers are made on request and quoted separately. Tell us the colour of your container when you ask for a quote.
Also note: white areas in your artwork print as clear on this product, because the press has no white ink. Plan white text and white logos with this in mind, or ask for the white-ink option.
Two variants
Both variants use the same clear film, the same press and the same sheet size. The difference is a protective film on top.
The standard transparent sticker suits most labels. If your product will be handled a lot, rubbed in transit or used again and again, choose the laminated version: a 30-micron lamination film over the print protects it from scratches, scuffs, dust and water, and keeps the colours looking new for longer. Choose matte or gloss lamination; the price is the same.

The price per 12 x 18 in sheet of each variant is shown in the price table and the calculator at the top of this page. All prices exclude 18% GST.
One sheet, many labels
We don't print labels one at a time. Your artwork is repeated in rows and columns on a large sheet of 12 x 18 inches (the "A3+" or "A3" sheet of the price table), printed, and then cut into individual labels.
For example, a 2 x 3 inch label fits 6 columns by 6 rows, so one sheet gives 36 labels. Standard labels are square or rectangular with straight 90-degree corners, cut cleanly and stacked for delivery. Keep a small bleed inside your artwork: the cut is made along the edge of the design, so each finished label comes out very slightly smaller than the size you entered.

Shapes and finishing
Our standard transparent stickers are cut into square or rectangular labels and handed over as a stack of loose labels. Two extra finishing options are available if you need them.
Straight cuts with 90-degree corners, included in the sheet price.
We cut only through the top layer and leave the backing paper whole, so you get full sheets with separate labels that are quick to peel. Available for an extra fee, quoted with your order.
Pricing
Sticker printers sell full sheets packed with labels, so the cost of one label is the price of a sheet divided by the number of labels on it. The smaller your label, the more fit on a sheet and the less each one costs.
Enter your label size in the calculator at the top of this page and it does the maths for you: labels per sheet, cost per label and the total for the minimum order of 75 sheets (60 sheets laminated). Orders above the minimum go up in steps of 5 sheets.

12 ÷ 3 = 4 columns, 18 ÷ 3 = 6 rows

Cost per label
₹50 ÷ 24 = about ₹2.08 + 18% GST
The minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST per order: 75 sheets of standard stickers (₹40 a sheet) or 60 sheets of laminated stickers (₹50 a sheet), then in steps of 5 sheets. Several designs can share one order; each design fills whole sheets.
Good to know
₹3,000 + GST per order: 75 sheets of 12 x 18 inches (60 sheets laminated), filled with as many labels as fit. We don’t print single labels: the sheet is the unit we produce.
Above the minimum, add sheets in steps of 5.
Typically 1-2 days after artwork approval and payment, because every job goes through two steps: printing, then cutting. Allow a few extra days if other jobs are in the queue ahead of yours; urgent jobs can be moved up when the schedule allows. We don't promise a delivery date.
Free delivery across India. In Pune our team hand-delivers, usually within 2-3 days; outstation parcels go by courier, typically 3-5 working days to metro cities and 5-7 elsewhere. In a hurry? Collect your labels from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.
Applying your labels
Applying the labels is quick and needs no tools. A few simple habits give a clean, bubble-free finish that looks factory-made.
1
Wipe the bottle or jar free of dust, oil and moisture. Apply the label before filling or chilling, not on a cold, sweating container.
2
Lift a corner and peel the label off its backing without touching the adhesive more than needed.
3
Hold the label slightly taut as you lay it down, so it goes on without wrinkles or creases.
4
Press from the middle towards the edges to push out air. The bond forms at once: the product is ready to pack.
The adhesive is permanent and grips at once, so line the label up before you press it down. On curved bottles, choose a label width that suits the curve.
Applications
Because they are see-through, the main job of transparent stickers is labelling clear containers, where the product itself is part of the sales pitch. With the cost per label often working out to a rupee or two, they suit small brands and large production runs alike.
Honey, pickles, dry fruit, spices, sweets and ready-to-eat packs, including packs stored in the refrigerator.
Non-absorbent labels: oil spills wipe away without staining or lifting the label.
A clean, professional look for products on crowded store shelves.
Ingredients, usage directions, batch details and price labels on clear packs.

Transparent stickers are one of several label materials we print on the same 12 x 18 inch sheets. If your product needs a different look, one of these may suit it better.
The same tough, water-resistant plastic, but with an opaque white base for bright colours on any container: NT plastic stickers.
Metallic seals and labels for gifts, sweets and premium packs: metallic stickers.

FAQs
A Technova™ 100-micron clear plastic film with a glossy surface, a high-tack hot-melt adhesive and a 130 GSM release liner. The film is non-tearable (NT) and doesn't absorb water or oil.
The plastic film doesn't absorb water or oil, so condensation, spills and oily fingers wipe off without damaging the label. That makes them well suited to refrigerated food packs, beverage bottles and oil containers. For labels that are handled or rubbed a lot, choose the laminated variant, which protects the print from scratches and scuffs.
These labels are made for product packaging used indoors. For outdoor signs and decals, ask us about our weatherproof vinyl prints, which are printed with outdoor-grade inks.
On dark bottles or dark contents, a plain transparent print looks dull because printing inks are transparent. For dark surfaces, ask for white-ink transparent stickers: a white layer is printed behind your artwork so the colours stay bright. They are made on request and quoted separately.
₹3,000 + GST per order, that is 75 sheets of 12 x 18 inches for standard stickers (₹40 a sheet) or 60 sheets for laminated ones (₹50 a sheet), then in steps of 5 sheets. A 2 x 3 inch label gives 36 labels per sheet, so 2,700 labels at the minimum order of standard stickers.
Divide the sheet price by the number of labels on the sheet. A 2 x 3 inch standard label costs ₹40 ÷ 36, about ₹1.11 + GST; a 3 x 3 inch laminated label costs ₹50 ÷ 24, about ₹2.08 + GST. The calculator at the top of this page works it out for any size.
Yes. Standard labels are square or rectangular; shape-cut (kiss-cut) labels in rounds, ovals, rounded corners or custom outlines are an extra operation, charged extra, and fewer fit on a sheet because they need a small gap. Send us your artwork for a quote, or read our shape-cut sticker guide.
Instead of cutting the sheet into loose labels, we cut only through the top layer and leave the backing paper intact. You get full sheets with separate labels that are quick to peel, which helps when labels are applied by hand in large numbers. It costs extra and is quoted with your order.
Gloss lamination gives a shiny, glass-like finish; matte gives a soft, low-glare look. Both protect the print equally, and both cost the same.
Not on this product: the press has no white ink, so white areas of your artwork come out clear. If you need solid white text or logos, ask for the white-ink option, quoted separately.
No. We don't design labels from scratch. We prepare your artwork for printing and cutting (size, layout on the sheet, cut lines) and send you a proof. If you need a designer, we are happy to recommend one in Pune.
Typically 1-2 days after artwork approval and payment, plus queue time; urgent jobs can be moved up when the schedule allows, but we don't promise dates. Delivery is free across India: hand delivery in Pune, courier elsewhere. Urgent orders can be collected from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.
