Looking for a Flex Board?
We no longer make frontlit flex boards on metal frames. For a printed board that stays visible after dark, we recommend a backlit glow sign board: your design on backlit flex in a lit box frame, from ₹600 per sq ft + GST. For a printed board that doesn’t need lighting, an ACP sign board (₹240 per sq ft + GST) is rigid and weatherproof.

How a Sign Job Works
- Send us your logo, the size and a photo of the site on WhatsApp (+91 98232 39793) or at [email protected]. A vector file (.AI or .CDR) works best. We don’t design logos; if you need one, see the Pune designers we recommend.
- Get a free proposal: the layout, the dimensions, the materials and colours, how the sign looks lit at night, and a day and night view of the sign on a photo of your own building. If you don’t like what you see, you’re free to walk away.
- Refine it, then get the costing. We adjust the design with you until it’s right.
- We make it. After your approval and payment, the letters and boards are cut, printed and wired in our Shaniwar Peth workshop, and every lit board is switched on and checked before it leaves. Most fabricated signs typically take 1 to 15 days.
- Our team installs it in Pune, usually in 2 to 3 days on site.
- Your sign is covered by a 6-month warranty from the day of installation.
A site visit isn’t usually needed: a photo of the site is enough for the proposal. For large signs we can visit; a site visit is a paid service, adjusted in your final bill if you order. Read more in how we plan your sign board.

Installation and Warranty
Installation. Our own team installs every sign in Pune on orders of ₹10,000 + GST and above; smaller orders at a small extra charge, and lit boards even below ₹10,000. Installation is charged separately and quoted after we see the site, because a board at road level and one on the tenth floor are different jobs. Scaffolding, a crane or a gondola, if needed, are extra. Outside Pune, we ship the board ready to fit, with its fittings and an alignment stencil, and your local team installs it; shipping is charged extra and told to you before dispatch.
Warranty. Fabricated sign boards (3D LED and backlit acrylic boards, non-lit acrylic boards and letters, backlit glow sign boards, ACP boards and gate arches) carry a 6-month warranty from the date of installation. It depends on the type and the size. As a guide (+ 18% GST): printed sunboard from ₹80 per sq ft, ACP sign boards ₹240, backlit glow sign boards ₹600, non-lit acrylic letters ₹800, and 3D LED and backlit acrylic signs about ₹2,000 per sq ft. A 6 x 3 ft 3D LED board is 18 sq ft, so plan for about ₹36,000 + GST. Sky signs, pylons, gate arches, steel letters and LED neon are priced after a free proposal. The minimum order is ₹3,000 + GST.
Usually, yes. Shop boards facing the street, hoardings and sky signs on buildings generally need permission from the municipal corporation (PMC in Pune, PCMC in Pimpri-Chinchwad), and often from your building society or landlord too. Getting that permission is the sign owner's responsibility; we don't apply for it. Our proposal gives the board's size and specifications, which you can use for your application.
In Maharashtra, shop and establishment name boards must show the name in Marathi, in Devanagari script, and the Marathi letters must not be smaller than the letters in any other language (Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, as amended in 2022). We make bilingual English and Marathi boards all the time: see Jayashree or Choice Book Stall. Making sure your board follows the rules is up to you as the business owner.
We don't offer design as a service. We set up the layout from your logo and show it in the free proposal; a vector file (.AI or .CDR) works best. If you need a logo made first, see the Pune designers we recommend.
