The printable surface of this reflective media is embedded with specialised materials, consisting of thousands of microscopic, spherical glass beads. These tiny elements are coated with a silver lining, functioning much like a mirror. This mirrored layer transforms the vinyl into a highly reactive reflective surface.

When applied to a substrate, these micro-mirrors catch light from oncoming vehicles' headlights and reflect it directly back to the driver. Consequently, even in pitch-black conditions, these prints appear to glow intensely from the driver's perspective, making road directions and safety warnings immediately visible and legible to passing motorists.

If you already have an existing smooth surface — such as an installed metal sheet, an old signboard frame, or a laminated wooden panel — this is your ideal choice. The finished print is delivered as a highly flexible, easy-to-handle roll. The underside features a powerful, high-tack adhesive layer for a permanent, secure bond. Simply peel the printed film from its protective release liner and stick it directly onto your smooth substrate like a giant sticker.

If you need to fix your reflective print onto a rough or uneven surface — such as a standard stucco or brick wall — a standard sticker backing will not provide proper adhesion. In these situations, we provide the print pre-mounted onto a 5mm-thick plastic sheet (sunboard). This PVC board is lightweight, smooth, and highly rigid. You can easily nail or screw the sunboard reflective panel onto any wall in your workspace, warehouse, or facility.

For heavy-duty installations on roadside metal poles or building exteriors, standard plastic signs like sunboard may not suffice. These demanding environments expose signage to harsh winds, potential physical impacts, flying debris, and scratches. Our reflective prints mounted on ultra-durable 3mm-thick Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) are exceptionally strong and dent-resistant while remaining lightweight. The aluminium construction ensures the panel will never rust when exposed to rain, significantly extending the service life of your reflective signboard.
