Floor advertising
Walk into any shopping mall, supermarket or office and count the messages at eye level: banners, posters, glass films and hoardings on every wall, pillar and partition. That space is saturated, and most people have learned to look straight past it. The prime real estate right beneath their feet, the floor they are walking on, is almost always empty.
Floor graphics put your promotion, product image or safety message exactly there. Because it is such an unexpected place, a floor print naturally draws the eye, where a wall-mounted ad is easily ignored. On our anti-skid variant, the textured surface even feels different underfoot, so people look down to see what they have stepped on. And a floor graphic can be as large as the floor allows: in a multi-level mall it is seen even from the floors above.

The problem
Floor prints go through far more wear and tear than graphics on walls or glass partitions. They are stepped on all day and cleaned every day. Put an ordinary vinyl print where people walk, and two things destroy it quickly:
The broom and the wet mop (jhadoo and pocha) push against the sticker's edges again and again. The edges lift, dirt gets under them, and eventually the print peels away from the floor.
Hundreds of people walk over the print every day in heavy boots, sandals and sharp heels. That constant abrasion quickly scratches and wears away an unprotected image.
Our floor graphics are engineered for exactly these two problems: a far stronger adhesive that stops the print from peeling, and a heavy-duty protective top coat that keeps the image from being scratched away.
Layer 1 · Base media
Standard vinyl adhesive works well on vertical surfaces such as walls and glass partitions, but it doesn't grip hard enough for a floor. So for floor graphics we print on a specialised Wyte™ brand floor vinyl, 100 microns thick, with an exceptionally strong acrylic-based adhesive on the underside that forms a high-strength bond with the floor.
The adhesive side carries air-release channels: tiny grooves that let trapped air escape while the print is pasted, for a clean, smooth, wrinkle-free finish. Once pressed flat, these channels also work like tiny vacuum suctions that anchor the print even more firmly. The top surface is coated to take a high-resolution, photo-quality print.
Layer 2 · Overlaminate
Once your job is printed, the roll moves to our lamination station, where a protective film is laid over the image on industrial hydraulic laminating machines. Ordinary lamination films are 80 to 100 microns thick: enough to protect a wall print from dust, water and minor scratches. Our floor overlaminate is a heavy-duty, 200-micron plastic film from Wyte™ or Gem™, two to two-and-a-half times as thick.
It is built to take abrasion. Even with hundreds or thousands of people walking over the print, it absorbs the constant impact of boots, sandals, heels and thick-soled footwear, so the image underneath doesn't get scratched or faded. For a floor, it is as close to bulletproof as a print gets.
Unlike ordinary lamination, the floor overlaminate is neither smooth nor glossy. It has a finely grained, textured anti-skid finish that keeps the print slip-resistant, which is vital for public safety and for preventing injuries in busy areas. As a bonus, even the most preoccupied shopper feels the change in texture underfoot and looks down at your message.

Together, the floor graphics variant is about 300-350 microns thick including the adhesive. The economy variant is about 200 microns, with a standard 100-micron smooth lamination and no anti-skid finish.

We print your floor graphics on industrial-grade Mimaki wide-format inkjet printers, our Mimaki JV150 and CJV200, using a professional CMYK ink set. The result is a high-fidelity, photo-quality print whose colours practically leap off the floor, with every fine detail sharp and clear.

Sizes and surfaces
We print on vinyl rolls four feet wide. Larger floor graphics are tiled across several panels that are pasted side by side, so we can cover a floor area of any size you need. Each print must be at least 4 x 4 ft; enter your width and height in the calculator above to see your price, and message us for areas larger than the calculator allows.
Floor graphics can be pasted only on smooth, finished floors such as marble, granite, ceramic tiles and glazed stone. This applies to both variants.
Not for rough surfaces: floor graphics won't stick to tarred roads, bricks, cobbled stones, tarmac or interlocking paver blocks. Please tell us your floor type before you order; if in doubt, send us a photo of the floor.
Good to know
Our minimum order value is ₹3,000 + GST, and each print must be at least 4 x 4 ft. A single 4 x 4 ft print comes to less than the minimum (₹1,120 economy, ₹2,400 floor graphics), so combine several prints or choose a larger size.
Examples: one 8 x 6 ft print (48 sq ft) = ₹3,360 economy or ₹7,200 floor graphics. Two 4 x 4 ft floor graphics (32 sq ft) = ₹4,800. All + 18% GST.
Printing is quick; lamination and trimming follow. Typically allow 2-3 working days after payment and proof approval (Sundays and holidays excluded), plus courier time. Rush jobs can be moved up the queue when the schedule allows, but we don't promise dates, so please plan with some margin.
Delivery is free across India on every order, rolled up. In Pune our team hand-delivers, usually within 2-3 days; outstation parcels go by surface courier, typically 3-5 working days to metro cities and 5-7 elsewhere. In a hurry? Collect from our shop in Shaniwar Peth, Pune.
Installation
Floor graphics are pre-gummed: a strong adhesive layer sits under a release liner, so you peel and paste them like any other sticker. Anyone can do it with a little care, using the wet “shampoo pasting” method:

Sweep and wipe the area so no dust is left. The surface must be clean and smooth.

Spray a film of soapy water on the floor and on the adhesive back. It softens the glue's first grab, so you can reposition the print.

Peel back one corner or edge of the liner and start pasting from there, peeling the rest of the liner away gradually as you go.

Work a squeegee (or a folded handkerchief) across the print to push out the water and air. This creates a vacuum-like bond and leaves the vinyl flat, without creases or wrinkles. Prick any bubble that remains with a pin.

Leave the print for a few hours before people walk on it, so the glue forms a strong bond with the floor.
Tip for a longer life: while pasting, put a few drops of bond or super glue along the edges. It stops the edges from curling and adds substantially to the life of the print.

Installation is charged extra and quoted after we review the job and the site. Outside Pune, we ship the prints and your local team pastes them.

An 8 x 6 ft floor graphic should be an 8 x 6 ft artboard, not 8 x 6 inches. Images should be at least 72-100 dpi at actual size; 300 dpi is ideal. RGB or CMYK are both fine.
Email the original AI, CDR or PDF. WhatsApp compresses photos, so a JPG or PNG sent on WhatsApp usually won't print well.
Setting your artwork at size and splitting it into 4-foot panels is set-up work, and we do it for you. We don't create artwork from scratch; if you need a designer, we can recommend one in Pune.
You get a proof on WhatsApp before we print, and a video of the finished prints before they leave. Your OK on the proof is the go-ahead.
